AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES recently started delivering
services from the EFSSC, an European Financial
Shared Services Center, focussed on financial accounting and Human
Resources administration, that involves close to 300
people. Processes like accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing
services, general ledger and fixed assets, claims processing, client
information services, etc … are managed and delivered to our
clients.

We’re looking for hard workers, positive thinkers, challenge

COMPUTER SERVICES.
We are looking for candidates who want to joint a multicultural
environment, providing financial and transactional services around
the European market.
- You must be fluent in English. German, French or
Dutch
- Your role will be to handle all customers’
calls and queries received by emails, fax or regular mail and
to provide them a prompt and professional customer service.
- You will also serve as a first level advisor,
providing front line telephone support for customers with complex
human resource issues and provide resolution, or escalate to the
appropriate specialist or management personnel.
- Interact regularly with supervisors and management
in order to constantly improve Call Centre operations through
enhanced technology and proper administration. Address, document
and rectify, accurately and on time, with the proper follow-up
and professional customer service department policies/procedures.
Perform call request procedures and transactions accurately and
completely. Develop relationship and work on a regular basis with
the in-country HR subject matter expert.
- Entry level + 1 to 2 years of working experience
of progressive call centre and human resources experience. We
are willing to consider possibility of internship
- Good organisational, process and procedural skills
as well as excellent telephone manner and ability to work with
tight deadline are a must.
- Experience of major HR systems such as SAP and PeopleSoft would
be an advantage.
- Must be a team player and flexible to work on
shift rota 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Availability to live and work in Barcelona for
a long term
- You will also serve as a first level advisor, providing
front line telephone support for customers with complex human
resource issues and provide resolution, or escalate to the appropriate
specialist or management personnel.
- Interact regularly with management in order to
constantly improve Call Centre operations through enhanced technology
and proper administration.
- Ensure adherence to department policies/procedures
and that problems are promptly addressed, documented and rectified,
accurately and on time, with the proper follow-up and professional
customer service.
- You must be NATIVE German/ Polish and fluent writer,
reader and speaker in English.
- Degree level or equivalent and around 3+ years
of progressive call centre and/or human resources experience.
Experience in an HR services environment would be of particular
value, as would a background in a call centre
- Other languages would be a major advantage but
are not essential. Initially you may also be spending time at
the customer's site gathering data, process and workflow specifications,
so good organisational, process and procedural skills are a must.
Experience of major HR systems such as SAP and PeopleSoft would
be an advantage.
- You must be free to move to Germany for a training
period and going back to relocate to Barcelona.
