IBM Greenock - Technical Support Specialists
This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your IT skills with IBM
in their European Customer Service Centre in Greenock, Scotland. Technical
Support Specialists take calls from IBM's customers, business partners
and employees from all over Europe. Your main responsibilities will
be:
- To deliver e-Support via the phone, fax and email.
- To deliver 100% total customer satisfaction.
- To create and maintain complete and accurate call
history using our call management database.
- To take total ownership of the customers' problems.
- To contribute to the overall team goals and objectives
and assist colleagues to ensure that the collective objectives
are met.
If you are able to speak German fluently and have
good English skills then this may be the position you have been looking
for. If you have an interest in Technical Support with proven Hardware
and Software PC Skills, work well in a team and have good communication,
listening and organisational skills then we would like to hear from
you. Prior experience of working with customers would be an advantage.
Employed by Manpower you will be required to work a 37 hour week around
the following shifts: 0800 to 1600, 0900 to 1700, 1200 to 2000 and
1700 to 0100. The salary offered is £15,000 per annum
with a review after 6 months and subject to satisfactory performance.
To make your move easier we are offering a relocation package of £1000
to cover your expenses in addition to a flight to Scotland and two
weeks hotel/B&B accommodation (one week if relocating from within
the UK).
